    STEP, IGES or STL. Dimensions and a photo work too.

    We engineer it

    The engine picks the material and works out how thick the cushioning has to be, from how that material behaves under impact.

  3. 03

    We prove it

    Checked against your drop standard, face by face.

  4. 04

    You approve, we cut

    Design and price come back together. Approve it and it ships the next morning.

All cut on the same table. Need ESD, a service temperature or returnable? Tell us the constraint.
Kerbside recyclable Paper honeycomb 10 – 100 mm board Stiff, and it goes out with the paper.
Kerbside recyclable Corrugated fibreboard B, C, BC, EB flute The cheapest thing we make.
Recycled content Recycled-content foam PE 28 / 33 kg/m³ Soft enough for a polished surface, and the recycled content keeps you under most plastic-packaging taxes.
Recyclable Conventional foam PU ether 25 kg/m³ For when nothing greener survives the drop.

Send the geometry. We only need the file, so the part stays on your bench. We'll design the protection, prove it to your drop spec, and send it back with a price. First design is free. We'll sign your NDA before you send anything.
